Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you upload a statement or paste transaction text, the file or text is sent to our server solely to extract a list of merchant names and transaction amounts. We do not store the raw file or the pasted text anywhere — it is discarded the moment parsing is complete.

What we retain

We save only aggregate, anonymized data: which card we recommended, the estimated annual cashback for that card, and your credit score band. No name, email address, account number, or individual transaction is stored.

Third-party services

• Anthropic (Claude API) — merchant names are sent to Claude to classify spending categories. Anthropic does not train on API inputs by default. See anthropic.com/privacy.
• Sentry — if the app throws an error, a stack trace is sent to Sentry for debugging. No financial data is included in error reports.

Cookies

We do not use cookies or track you across sessions.
